NATIONAL EVENTS
Once a year, the KGA is proud to host a national tournament called the KGA National Championship in Las Vegas, NV. This tournament is open to all members of the various associations. We invite the various KGA regions to attend this yearly tournament to compete and represent their association.
In order to challenge the members, the KGA National Championship is rotated around different courses in Las Vegas. All of the regional associations gather in Las Vegas and participate in this two-day tournament.
There are various flights for individuals. The flights are divided based on the number of participants of the tournament. There will be various prizes and trophies for individuals which recognizes the best individual golfer from various flights and contests. But the main trophy that everyone wants is the Regional Championship Title which represents the region with the best group of golfers.
Every year, this tournament brings together 140-175 of the most dedicated Korean golfers from across the United States and Canada. It is very competitive and the friendships developed are priceless. Every year, the members look forward to this tournament to meet up with good friends and enjoy a weekend of competitive golf.
This event is open to both genders and those 18 and up. Some exceptions will be granted.

2009 national KGA championship
The KGA National is proud to officially announce on August 21 - 22 the 2009 KGA National Championship will held at the Badlands Golf Club in Las Vegas, NV.

Those golfers who place in the top 10 will qualified for the AAGA National Championship - October 23-25th - Las Vegas. The top 10 will compete against the nations other top 10 Asian American golfers from the Chinese Federation, VGA - Vietnamese Golf Association, LGA - Lao Golf Association, Japanese, Thai and other Asian golf groups. This historical 3 day event will showcase the best of the best. Badlands GC will also host this event.
The KGA National 2 day tournament has 3 flights and is an individual stroke play event.
